3. I wish to change my delivery address. How do I do that?

Before placing the order, you can change the delivery address directly from your account. If you need to change your delivery address after placing the order, please contact within 4 hours and we will do our best to make the change before it ships. We will be unable to change the address once the order has been shipped.

5. My money got deducted, but I haven’t received the confirmation

If your money has been debited and you haven’t received a confirmation within 2 hours of placing the order, it’s highly likely that the transaction has failed. But please don’t worry, your money will be automatically refunded to your account in 4-7 business days.
